We didn't buy this toshiba washing machine at carrefour. Thank God.
Because we bought this washing machine at rm300 less elsewhere.
It shows that buying from small electrical retailers is still cheaper than mega retailers.
And the charge Rm 3.90 for it.
At Guardian Pharmacy, you see this sign at the cashiers. At first glance you probably will dish out your CIMB / Direct Access card to get the 5% rebate, which is the rage these days. But you will be conned, because this is a lie.
The fact is - the rebate is only for certain Sundays - that is 2nd Sunday of the month until Dec 2008. Conveniently left out in this ad (dont you think?). If you ask the staff he/she will say :its between you, and the bank". Thus absolving themselves from any culpability.
They claim ignorance.
But THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING, and is MISLEADING.
CIMB Bank will however get away with it, since "their cables" are very strong.
This lorry was driving like a man on amok.
Apparently Hotlink employees can't bear the heat. So they resort to inconsiderate use of the covered pedestrian walk way, and thus denying shoppers its use if it rains later. Shameful.
Video of overloaded trucks along trunk roads. This one is over loaded with logs.
It was so dangerous to be behind this truck. Anytime the logs can go loose or truck over turn.
The lack of strict enforcement and the fuel hike is creating this sort of road hazards
