I just heard a message in church on the father heart of God.
When it comes to jesus sacrificial love, we can understand. But when one talks about God being like a father and he loves like a father..many have very mix feelings.
There are so many of us who have abusive fathers, or missing fathers, or silent fathers. Not many had loving expressive fathers. The way we view God has unfortunately a lot to do with what sort of father one has in life. We usually have great difficulty trusting God when we have defective fathers.
Or we cannot love others like God does, when we never experienced God's love,
There were plenty of people who came up for ministry since i believe many people never knew what is the love of a daddy.
