He is the first whistle blower from the judiciary.
The former high court judge spoke in BUM 2008 about moving towards civil society. He described a civil society being anything outside the government and govt-led companies.
"'The growth of civil society is the most evident trend in the world. Bloging is within the civil society, and it is now important that there is a change in the mindset towards bloging in Malaysia.", he elaborated.
The judge shared that what we want is a 'civic' society.
"The challenge is for bloggers to influence and get Malaysians to be involve in work that make us more 'civic minded'. Moving forward, the goal of bloggers should be to make Malaysia a civic society of international standards."
I just hope he starts to blog too. Actually, I have offered him my help!
